There are many models of blind hemmers and almost all work the same. There ere only a few differences in the various models: some use a straight needle and some use a curved needle. The other difference is that some are cylinder bed (free arm) and can hem sleeves and pant hems, while others are flat bed. I think the curved needle makes a nicer and more invisible stitch.
