The Advantages Of Weber Grills
Weber grills, as well as the Weber company, are highly respected by a majority of the people who have used their grills. It may be difficult to chose which grill is best for you because you will find so many choices. Charcoal fueled Weber grills are the old stand-by, but you can also find Weber grills that are electric, propane, or natural gas - whatever you prefer. Help is at hand - here is information on two of Weber's most popular grills. On a sidenote, something that I've had a lot of fun with is an inflatable raft. Be sure to read this Sea Eagle review.
For those of you that need ample cooking space and special features, the Weber 4431001 Spirit E-320 Propane Grill will suit your needs. Whether you are cooking for a large or small group, this grill comes with three stainless steel burners and an electronic ignition system to make everything very easy. This grill has 112 square inches of space on the warming rack on top of the 424 square inches in the main cooking area providing plenty of room. You will easily be able to cook burgers, steaks, and poultry with this 36,000 BTU per hour input grill. There's also a 12,000 BTU per hour input sideburner for even more cooking room. Spirit line grills offered the Spirit E-320 model which costs $600 for the whole package. If you are looking for something in a smaller size, the Spirit E-210 or Spirit E-310 is perfect for confined areas.
The Weber 586002 Q-320 Portable Outdoor Propane Gas Grill is an extremely powerful and user friendly propane based grill that gives you the ability to cook as many as 18 burgers, 2 whole chickens or 36 hot dogs at a time.
This model has dual stainless steel burners, 462 square inches of cooking space and a 21,700 BTU per hour capability, and you can get started with the push of a button. It is easy to set the heating level to regulate at the proper temperature. If you are looking for a grill priced under $500, that is medium in size, that also comes with a five-year limited warranty, this is the grill for you.
Weber grills have become so popular over the last half century that the company has even opened up restaurants that feature grilled specialties. The Midwest states of Indiana and Illinois are fortunate to have several Weber Grill Restaurants inside of their borders. the Weber Grill Restaurants serve the type of barbecued meats and other items that customers have been cooking on their grills for the last few decades. Weber Grill Restaurants don't just serve your normal steaks, ribs, and burgers. Some recent specials on their menu included Grilled Seafood touffe and a Blackened Creole Catfish. Yummm! If you have your own Weber grill - even if you enjoyed eating at a Weber Grill Restaurant - you will be able to dine on great BBQ at home.
In summary, Weber is justifiably famous for making grills for over a half century, and they've perfected this item. Getting the right Weber grill for you and your family could be a difficult decision. This article has only touched upon a few of the grills that are available from this company. Choosing a Weber grill is probably your best decision if you enjoy barbecuing. Lastly, don't forget to look at this post called "Sea Eagle Sport Runabout review".

Frequently Asked Questions...
beer brewing question?
ok, so I dont have a big enough saucepan to steep my grains/oats for the beer I'm brewing (steep in 5q of water) so would it hurt to steep it in the 5g brewing kettle instead and just add the water to equal 5 gallons, then add the rest of the ingredients(extract, etc)?
Answer:
The way I usually do it is to steep my grains from inside a cheesecloth-like sack in 2.5 gal water (in the brewing kettel) for about 20 min, then I remove the grains and bring up to a boil before adding the extracts and bittering hops.
