How to memorise a really long speech (12 minutes!)?
This is for a school assignment. My speech is approximately 12 minutes long. I cannot make it much shorter, so I need to memorise it. So far, I've tried memorising it by reading it out loud over and over again, but it's really hard. Any tips? Thanks so much!

A better way I think is after you think you are ready, ask one of two of your friends to be the audiences, and you stand in front of them to do more rehearsal~
